Services

Knowing what your process is, deciding what it should be, and proving what it actually does are three different jobs.

Most engagements only do one of the three. IGX does all three, scoped to UK SMEs and the regulated mid-market.

The four services

Discovery, design, mining, and the automation that follows.

Each service can run standalone, or in sequence as the three-stage method described on the IGX360 product pages.

Process discovery

Find out what a process actually is today, from the people who run it and the systems that record it.

Explore

Process design

Decide what the process should be, and put it into a model that governance and workflow can both read.

Explore

Process mining

Measure what actually happens, using event logs from the systems you already run, not a self-reported description.

Explore

Workflow automation

Move an approved design into running, human-in-the-loop workflow without a second system holding a second version of the truth.

How engagements are structured

A measurable result inside 90 days, not a transformation programme with no checkpoint.

Work runs in parallel tranches rather than one long sequential rollout, so the first tangible benefit lands early and sets the pattern for what follows.

Platform enablement

The BPM environment, ready for use, with self-paced online training and core classroom training included.

Thin, Deep, Slice

A tranche-based accelerator that targets a measurable benefit within three months, then repeats on the next tranche rather than waiting for one long programme to land.

Process Centre of Excellence

A turnkey capability to run BPM as an ongoing strategy, not a one-off project that lapses once the initial rollout ends.

IGX Solutions implementation approach: measurable value, baseline capability, governance and standards, performance reporting, training and enablement, project completion
The implementation approach: each step is a defined stage, not an informal milestone.
The IGX Accelerator, Thin Deep Slice: define implementation goals, allocate resources and team, implement TDS over 3 months, integrate iGrafx capabilities, monitor and optimise performance, across project scoping, project delivery, and benefit realisation
The Thin, Deep, Slice accelerator: three months from scoping to benefit realisation, per tranche.
How much you want to own

Which service option to choose?

Discovery, design, mining, and workflow automation can each be delivered at a different level of hand-off, depending on how much capability you want to build in-house.

Which service option to choose: do it yourself (clients have full control and responsibility), do it with you (clients receive guidance and support), do it for you (clients delegate the entire process)
Do it yourself, do it with you, or do it for you: the same services, three levels of hand-off.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between process discovery, design and mining?

Discovery finds out what a process actually is today. Design decides what it should be. Mining measures what really happens, from the event logs your systems already generate, rather than from what the procedure says should happen.

Do you work with UK SMEs specifically?

Yes. The whole offer is scoped to UK SMEs and the regulated mid-market, not enterprise accounts with a dedicated BPM function already in place.

Can you work with our existing Visio, SharePoint, or SOP content?

Yes. That is the Insights path: IGX360 reads the documents you already hold rather than requiring a rebuild in a new tool first.

UK SMEs and regulated mid-market

Scoped to organisations that don't already have a BPM function.
