Do I need both products?
No. iGrafx Process360 Live works as a standalone repository and workflow platform. IGX360 is only worth adding once you want the intelligence layer, plain-language querying with provenance, on top of it.
Which one should I start with?
If you don't have a BPM repository yet, start with iGrafx. If you already have process content (iGrafx, Visio, SOPs) and can't easily query it, start with IGX360 Insights.
Is IGX Solutions the same company as iGrafx?
No. iGrafx is the software vendor. IGX Solutions Ltd is an authorised iGrafx partner, and separately the creator of IGX360, built on the iGrafx engine.
