Trevor has led IGX Solutions since 2009 and built its iGrafx partnership from the ground up. His position has not shifted in that time. The intelligence most organisations are hunting for already sits inside their existing process landscape, and method unlocks it before any new tool does. He works directly with clients on process management and low-code delivery, and speaks regularly on operational resilience and digital twins at scale, including at iGrafx Connect EMEA.

Director

Michael leads sales and professional services at IGX, where he turns the method into delivered outcomes. He holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth and brings experience from Pegasystems, Capita IT Enterprise Services, and the Business Improvement Agency. His approach is practical: establish business value first, then scale BPM and automation across the organisation rather than the other way round.

Gareth is the first point of contact for anyone approaching IGX. He has spent more than ten years managing strategic B2B technology accounts across aerospace and defence, healthcare, hospitality, and financial services, most recently steering a portfolio of aerospace clients at Curtiss-Wright and growing key accounts at Box UK from £800K to over £1.2M. His strength is translation: turning what the technology does into what the business actually needs, and carrying that conversation from product level up to the C-suite. At IGX he scopes what IGX360 should show each client, then runs it against a representative slice of their own operating model before any commitment is on the table.
