Most enterprises cannot yet say which processes are ready for an agent to act on, what depends on what, or what breaks if a step is automated. The models are not the problem. The process knowledge those models would reason over is siloed, undocumented, or mapped once and never maintained.
This is the gap Trevor walked through in Munich.
