Key lenses overview
A single process model has to serve several audiences. The risk team, the operations lead, and the process excellence team each need a different view of the same work. IGX360 Insights gives each of them a lens.
One model, many lenses
A lens is a view onto the canonical model, tuned to a specific decision. Every lens reads the same underlying model, so the lenses cannot contradict each other. Change the model and every lens updates. The lens decides what to foreground, not what is true.
This is the difference between a report and a lens. A report is a snapshot. A lens is a live reading of the current model.
The key lenses
The lenses below are the core set. Each section is intentionally thin and needs product confirmation before publish.
Governance and controls
Reads the model for control coverage and effectiveness: which controls are mapped, where the gaps are, and how the three lines of defence see the same process-level evidence.
Accountability and ownership
Reads the model for who owns and is accountable for each process, surfacing RACI relationships across the estate.
Operations and dependencies
Reads the model for how processes connect: upstream and downstream dependencies, and where a change in one process reaches another.
Risk and resilience
Reads the model for risk exposure and operational resilience, relevant to firms with FCA operational resilience obligations.
Choosing a lens
Choose the lens by the decision in front of you, not by the data you think you need. The model is the same underneath. Ask which question you are answering, and the lens follows.
