Most organisations already hold a model of how their work is meant to run. It sits in a BPMN repository, an iGrafx estate, or a set of process maps. What they lack is a way to read that model continuously, enrich it with risk and control context, and ask questions of it in plain language.

That gap is what IGX360 Insights addresses.

What IGX360 Insights is

IGX360 Insights is a process intelligence platform. It reads your existing process model, builds a single canonical view of it, and lets governance, risk, and operations teams act on what they see. It does not replace your process repository. It reads from it and adds the intelligence and governance layer on top.

What it reads from

IGX360 Insights ingests structured process models rather than narrative documents. It is designed to extract the most value from model-first environments, where a structured model such as BPMN or an iGrafx repository is the authoritative source.

If your processes live mainly in narrative procedures and manuals, you are working document-first. IGX360 Insights still applies. The value compounds once a structured model exists.

How to find your way around

1. Read Core concepts first. The rest of the docs assume the vocabulary defined there.
2. Learn the key lenses. Each lens reads the same canonical model from a different governance angle.
3. Learn how to question the model with Iggy, by voice or by typing.
